All Knight mounting systems are energy code-compliant and offer cladding attachment for almost any facade panel - single skin metal, ACM, Aluminum plate, fiber cements, phenolics, stucco, thin brick masonry, ultra compact stone panels.

Knight ThermaZee System - Z profile girt
  • Horizontal or Vertical orientation - installs just like traditional Z-profile girts with standard depths of 1.0”, 1.5”, 2.0”, 2.5”, 3.0”, 3.5”, 4.0”, 4.5”, 5.0”

  • Attach nearly any cladding - ACM, Fiber Cement, HPL, Ultra Compact Stone…

  • Attach cladding directly to ThermaZee or add optional KWS horizontal rails (such as PanelRail)

  • Pre-punched wall anchor holes for easy installation – especially over wood and CMU/concrete substrates

Knight Ci System - Vertical Girt
  • Installed vertically as a 3/4” depth box girt with pre-punched holes for fasteners and installed directly over rigid insulation with Knight Wall’s Ankit Fastener Sleeve.

  • Attach cladding directly to vertical CI-Girt or add optional KWS horizontal rails (such as PanelRail)

Knight HCI System - Horizontal Girt
  • Installed horizontally, this hat channel type system comes with pre-punched holes for drying and drainage capability and is installed over the top of rigid continuous insulation with Knight Wall’s Ankit Fastener Sleeve.

  • Cladding can be attached directly to the horizontal HCI-Girt or used with optional vertical rails (such as PanelRail™ or RevealRail™)

Knight MFI System - Mineral Fiber System
  • Clip and Rail System offers high structural load capacity even with large standoffs. (2-3/4” to 15-0”)

  • Rails may be attached to ThermaBracket™ in a vertical or horizontal orientation and clips can be spaced at bigger intervals to reduce labor and material costs
